The ELASTEC Drug Terminator is used in military camp installations, most recently in the Middle East, for confiscated drug destruction and waste disposal. The U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force and the Army Corps of Engineers have purchased the Drug Terminator for use world-wide.

The United States General Services Administration (GSA) regulates the disposal of seized, forfeited, voluntarily abandoned and unclaimed personal property under the custody of any Federal agency located in the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, and Palau.
